1. Built-in high-performance industrial control computer
The six-phase microcomputer relay protection test device uses a high-performance industrial control computer as the control computer, configured with 128M memory, 6~12G hard disk, pre-installed with Windows XP operating system, the panel has an 8.4″800×600 resolution TFT true color LCD display, stainless steel optimized keyboard and touch mouse, can be used directly without external keyboard and mouse, the device panel is equipped with two USB interfaces, which can conveniently perform data storage, data communication and software upgrade, etc.
2. DSP digital signal processing system
Using the 6000 series DSP controller as the core, FPGA programmable logic device outputs waveforms. Due to the adoption of DDS hardware output waveform technology, the waveform frequency and phase accuracy are quite high. At the same time, the system communicates directly with the industrial control computer via USB2.0 interface, making data communication stable and reliable.
3. D/A and A/D conversion
The six-phase microcomputer relay protection test device uses high-precision D/A converters, and also uses active low-pass filters to make the output waveform smooth and have excellent amplitude-frequency characteristics. At the same time, the control system also retains 12 channels of 12-bit A/D conversion circuits, which can collect the output waveforms of 12 analog quantities in real time and display the actual output waveform, amplitude and phase on the screen through software.
4. High-precision linear voltage and current power amplifiers
The current and voltage use high-performance linear amplifiers with direct coupling output mode, so that the current and voltage sources can directly output AC and DC waveforms, and can output various combined waveforms such as square waves and superimposed harmonics through software calculation, as well as fault transient waveforms, etc., which can better simulate the current and voltage characteristics during various short-circuit faults. The power amplifier circuit uses imported high-power high-fidelity modular power devices as the power output stage, combined with carefully and reasonably designed heat dissipation structure, with sufficient power redundancy and thermal capacity. The power amplifier circuit has complete overheat, overcurrent, overvoltage and short-circuit protection, and the current loop allows open circuit without damaging the device. The panel has a current open circuit indicator light to facilitate users to check whether the wiring is correct. At the same time, the panel also has a voltage overload or short-circuit indicator light. When a short circuit occurs in the voltage loop (when there is output), the indicator light lights up and activates the buzzer alarm. The large current time limit adopts a unique hardware time limit circuit, overcoming the shortcomings of traditional software time limit, making large current use safer and more reliable.
5. Switching value input and switching value output
The device has a total of 8 pairs of switching value input terminals and 4 pairs of switching value output terminals.
Both the input and output quantities are composed of optocouplers and 24V DC relays, and their working power supply is an independent 24V working power supply, so there is a 24V DC voltage between the COM terminal and the input quantity.
6. Dedicated independent DC power supply output
The six-phase microcomputer relay protection test device is equipped with two channels of 110V DC power supply voltage output, connected end to end to form three terminals of +110V, 0V, and -110V output, which can only be used as the working power supply for protection devices, and cannot be used as DC operating power supply. In this way, the +110V and -110V terminals can output 220V DC voltage. [Auxiliary DC voltage output terminal] is designed on the front panel of the test device.
