SH-350 Steel Bar Specimen Gauge Length Marking MachineUsage:
1. For marking at 10mm intervals: Place the specimen material into the groove of the specimen seat, and adjust the nut seat according to the length of the specimen material. Adjust the specimen seat based on the length and the diameter of the circular material. Loosen the fixing screw on the specimen seat to move it forward or backward. Align the center of the diameter according to the material requirements, then use your left hand to pull the handle downward until the marking point contacts the specimen material, and tighten it slightly. Use your right hand to turn the handle (clockwise) one full rotation to complete the marking (for harder surfaces such as section steel and rebar, turn three to four rotations).
2. For marking at 5mm intervals: First mark at 10mm intervals, then gently push or pull the screw handle with your left hand to shift the specimen by 5mm, and mark again. After marking, remove the specimen.
Our factory provides wearing parts: marking drills and springs. You can purchase them by mail at any time.
