SH-350 Continuous Steel Bar Marking Machine Usage:
1. Printing at 10mm spacing: Place the specimen material into the (specimen seat) slot, and adjust the nut seat according to the length of the specimen material. Adjust the specimen seat according to the length of the specimen and the diameter of the round material. Loosen the fixing screw on the specimen seat to move it forward or backward. Align the center of the diameter according to the material requirements, then use your left hand to pull the handle downward until the marking point contacts the specimen material, and slightly tighten it. Use your right hand to turn the handle (clockwise) one full turn (for harder surface materials such as section steel and rebar, turn three to four turns).
2. Printing at 5mm spacing: First print at 10mm spacing, then gently push (or pull) the screw rod handle with your left hand to shift the specimen by 5mm, and print once more. After printing, remove the specimen.
