Technical Features of Power Frequency High Voltage Generator
1. Smaller size, lighter weight, more beautiful, more reliable, easy to operate, and full-featured, making it ideal for field use. It is the most ideal reliable product in the new century.
2. Manufactured with the latest technology and processes, pioneering the application of the latest PUM intelligent pulse width modulation technology and pulse train logic array modulation, using high-power IGBT devices, and utilizing intelligent technology to enhance efficiency with a frequency up to 40kHz, resulting in higher output voltage stability and smaller ripple coefficient.
3. Adopting computer control technology, the large-screen LCD displays output DC high voltage, current, overvoltage setting, timing, grounding, and various protection information.
4. *Intelligent poor grounding protection and alarm function (cannot boost voltage if grounding is poor), voltage measurement circuit disconnection protection (instrument cannot boost voltage if high voltage measurement circuit is disconnected), and emergency stop button greatly enhance operator safety during operation. In special circumstances, the poor grounding protection alarm function can be disabled (e.g., when using a generator as power source or when field grounding is poor but testing can still be conducted). High precision and accurate measurement. Both voltage and current meters are digital displays, with voltage resolution of 0.1kV and current resolution of 0.1uA. The voltmeter on the control box directly displays the voltage applied to the load test object, eliminating the need for an external voltage divider and simplifying wiring. The instrument measures leakage current at both high and low voltage ends. The high voltage end uses a circular shielded digital display, resistant to discharge impact, with good anti-interference performance, suitable for field use.

Fault Inspection and Handling:
1. When the power switch is turned on, if the digital display on the control box does not light up, please check the power cord and all fuses. If a fuse is damaged, replace it with a new one according to the ampere rating indicated next to the fuse holder.
2. If the digital display lights up when the power switch is turned on, but the high voltage green light does not light up and high voltage cannot be applied.
(1) Fault display "Return to Zero" light is on: Not returned to zero position. Please turn the high voltage output adjustment knob and fine-tuning knob counterclockwise back to zero until the "Return to Zero" light goes off, then high voltage can be applied.
(2) Fault display "Other" light is on, there are two phenomena: grounding protection; disconnection protection. a. The grounding wire may not be connected properly, or the ground may not be reliably grounded. Please connect a reliable grounding wire, turn off the power, and restart. b. The cable connecting the control box and the high voltage tower may not be connected properly. Please connect the cable properly, turn off the power, and restart. Or if the solder joints at both ends of the cable are loose, this fault may occur. Please solder the joints at both ends of the cable, turn off the power, and restart. c. A wire inside the control box may be loose or disconnected. Please re-solder it, turn off the power, and restart.
3. Everything is normal, but protection occurs before reaching the rated output voltage.
(1) Fault display "Overcurrent" light is on: a. The test object is short-circuited, or the leakage current is too large. b. When there is a large capacitive load, the voltage increase is too fast. Turn off the power, restart, and slow down the voltage increase speed.
(2) Fault display "Overvoltage" light is on: The overvoltage protection setting knob is not set to the maximum. Please turn it clockwise to the maximum, turn off the power, and restart.
4. When a short circuit occurs under high voltage on the test object, due to the large short-circuit current, all fault indicator lights may light up, which is normal. Please eliminate the fault on the test object and restart.
5. After the fault on the test object is eliminated, if the fault indicator lights are still on and high voltage cannot be applied, the power switch also serves as the fault protection reset switch. Please turn off the power and restart to boost voltage.
6. If the voltmeter reading fluctuates excessively, please check whether the 7-pin aviation plug connections at both ends of the connecting cable are loose or disconnected. If disconnected, please solder them properly.
