Basic features of the electronic transformer capacity characteristic parameter comprehensive tester:
Built-in protection circuit to avoid instrument damage and personnel accidents.
Automatically completes temperature compensation of test data, converting data to values at rated temperature.
Built-in new ultra-light high-energy battery, which has the characteristics of small size and large capacity. The transformer capacity test connection uses imported waterproof plugs, and all wires can be plugged in at once.
Equipped with a high-performance pocket laser-aimed infrared thermometer, with long testing distance and accurate temperature. The measured temperature can be input for temperature correction.
Unique power-saving mode ensures completion of field testing of multiple transformers of various models.
The front cover of the electronic transformer comprehensive tester is attached with standards for no-load loss, load loss, and impedance voltage of 10kV and 35kV distribution transformers, allowing users to conveniently compare and verify.
★ Large screen, high brightness, wide temperature liquid crystal display, all measurement data displayed on one screen, with Chinese menu prompts. The LCD brightness and contrast can be adjusted, and it can be clearly displayed even under strong sunlight.

Connect the input power supply AC380V
Connect the "AC380V power input" to the three-phase four-wire power grid, and connect the ground wire to the earth grid. Never connect the ground wire to the neutral wire or to the shell of other equipment, as this will bring great danger to subsequent testing work. As is well known, when equipment fails or the shell becomes electrified, if the operator contacts the live part, it is like connecting to a 380V power grid. If the grounding is poor or not grounded, the protection for the operator will be lost, making the operator as dangerous as connecting to a 380V power grid, which can cause great harm to the operator, and in severe cases, death. Therefore, before use, always check whether the ground wire is in good contact and whether the connected ground grid is truly connected to the earth. For your safety, please strictly follow the requirements.
Check and confirm the wiring. When connecting the AC380V power supply, first cut off the power, and after the wiring is completed, turn on the power. At the same time, pay attention that when wiring, hands must not touch the metal parts of the wires, as this can cause electric shock. The correct approach is to first cut off the main power, ensure the wires are not live, then reliably connect the wires to the power supply. After connection, personnel should not touch the wires again, and especially not touch uninsulated metal parts.
According to the different types of switchgear, connect the closing, opening, or various devices requiring power in the switchgear to the switchgear power-on test bench with wires. After connection, turn on the main power switch, and at the same time turn on the corresponding AC or DC or current output switch. Adjust the voltage regulator handle, and the output voltage will gradually rise. Stop rising when the desired value is reached, and begin various tests on the switchgear to be shipped.
The fixed output on the rear output board means that the output voltage is a fixed value. As long as the input voltage remains unchanged, the output voltage will not change.
5 There are three fuses inside the equipment. If after plugging in the main power, the voltmeter shows no display or an overload occurs, it may be that the fuses are blown. Just replace them with the same specifications. However, replacing with larger fuses is very dangerous, as it can cause damage to the equipment.
6 After the test is completed, first rotate the output adjustment knob counterclockwise to zero, then turn off the power switch. After discharge is complete, only then can you start disconnecting the wires.
