Intelligent Battery Charger-Discharger, also known as an activation instrument (hereinafter referred to as the charger-discharger), is a multifunctional portable tool for maintenance and testing of 12V batteries. It is applicable to batteries with capacities ranging from 6 to 200Ah. The main unit uses a 32-bit ARM controller, integrates charge and discharge modules, and is equipped with tactile buttons and an LCD display for a user-friendly interface. The detachable test handle contains voltage sampling wires; simply attach the positive and negative battery clips to the battery to perform charging, discharging, and activation.
