Main Functions:

3. Has online monitoring and rapid capacity analysis functions. Real-time online monitoring and display of all test data: current, battery bank voltage, individual cell voltage, discharge time, capacity; at the end of the verification discharge test, it can quickly analyze the remaining capacity of each cell.

4. Has activation function: can set charge-discharge cycles to activate the battery bank, effectively improving individual cell capacity.

5. Has individual cell voltage detection function, cell voltage range: 1—16V. Supports monitoring of 2V, 6V, 12V cells.

6. Has full deep discharge function: can meet ten-hour continuous discharge test, measure battery capacity, and automatically record test data.

7. Backlit Chinese display panel, data can be clearly displayed in any environment.

8. Safety relay device: controlled by the built-in microcomputer, completely isolated from the battery when not discharging or during alarms.

9. Uses high-efficiency discharge alloy material, no red-hot phenomenon on the load during discharge, even if the cooling fan stops, the load automatically reduces discharge current to avoid red-hot danger.

10. Host has USB interface: convenient for importing data to computer. Has quick connection function, simple operation.

11. Internal memory device uses FLASH ROM design, memory retention up to 10 years, unlike general relay memory devices that rely on small batteries with only three months retention and risk of battery leakage.

12. Has multiple alarm functions; can issue alarms in time, fan fault alarm and stop discharge, reverse polarity misoperation prompts, without damaging the instrument.

13. Has multiple safety automatic protection functions: short circuit overcurrent protection, over-temperature and other automatic protection functions.

14. Comes with Chinese background analysis software, can view individual cell curves during discharge and charge processes, automatically export measurement data to EXCEL and WORD formats, convenient for grassroots engineers to create test reports and effectively manage historical data.
