Transformer Characteristic Tester is a comprehensive transformer testing instrument that integrates functions such as volt-ampere characteristics, transformation ratio, polarity, error curve, angle difference and ratio difference, calculation of knee point, and secondary side loop inspection. The transformer tester supports detection of CT and PT (protection, measurement, and TP classes) steady-state and transient parameters, and can be used for both laboratory and field testing.
Product Features:
1. The instrument is safe and convenient to operate, fully computerized, with a built-in imported high-performance CPU and high reliability. After setting test parameters according to the interface prompts, the instrument automatically completes the test without manual contact with the tested equipment, keeping test personnel away from high-voltage circuits and ensuring their personal safety.
2. Large output capacity: The maximum output voltage for volt-ampere characteristic tests is up to 1000V, and the maximum output current for transformation ratio tests is up to 600A. The built-in voltage regulator has an output capacity of 5KVA.
3. Optional accessories include external voltage booster, external current booster, external voltage regulator. The external voltage booster can increase the voltage up to 2000V/3A, the external current booster can increase the current up to 1000A, and the external voltage regulator can output up to 1500V/20A. When using the external voltage booster, volt-ampere characteristic tests can be performed on current transformers up to 500KV class 1A.
4. Large 320*240 dot matrix Chinese character graphic interface. After the test is completed, the volt-ampere characteristic curve can be displayed directly. The graphics are clear and beautiful, easy to analyze. A built-in micro printer can print curves and test results at any time.
5. The XSL8007 Transformer Comprehensive Characteristic Tester uses a rotary mouse as the input device, which is easy and simple to operate and has a long service life.
6. The instrument has a built-in Flash memory. Data is not lost after power-off. After field tests are completed, test results can be viewed and printed indoors.
7. The instrument is equipped with an RS232 communication interface, which can be connected to a computer via a serial cable to achieve communication between the PC and the instrument. Test personnel can control the instrument through the computer to conduct tests or upload test data from the instrument. The PC application provided with the instrument is powerful, beautiful, and easy to operate. It can save and print test results and export test data to EXCEL format for editing.
8. The instrument power supply supports adaptive AC220V and AC380V.
◆ Common Fault Maintenance
1. After turning on the power switch, the LCD shows nothing.
Solution: Check whether the power input line is properly connected.
2. During volt-ampere characteristic test, there is no voltage or current output.
Solution: Check whether the voltage regulator switch (overcurrent protection) is turned on.
3. During volt-ampere characteristic test, there is voltage but no current.
Solution: Check whether the test loop wires are properly connected.
4. During transformation ratio test, there is no current output.
Solution: Check whether the primary test wires are properly connected.
5. The voltage regulator switch trips during startup test.
Solution: Check whether the grounding point of the transformer is disconnected.
◆ LCD Contrast Adjustment
1. When the LCD display is too dark or too bright, it can be adjusted via the potentiometer (terminal 4) on the panel.
◆ Replacing Printing Paper
1. First, disconnect the power supply, open the printer panel, pinch both ends of the telescopic paper shaft, remove the paper roll shaft from the printer, put the new paper roll on the paper shaft, pinch both ends of the paper shaft, put the paper shaft back in place, and release it. The paper shaft will be caught on the paper shaft holder. Confirm that the paper shaft is firmly installed.
2. Cut the paper head of the new paper roll into a triangular shape with scissors. Turn on the power, press the paper feed key for 3 seconds, and the print head will rotate. At this time, push the paper roll with the cut paper head into the paper inlet at the bottom of the print head, and the paper will be fed into the print head by the printer. After a section of paper comes out from the paper outlet, turn off the power, then thread the paper head through the paper outlet on the front cover, and close the printer panel.
