Product Introduction:
Based on the characteristics of small current grounding systems in distribution lines, when a fault occurs in the line, an insulation resistance tester can be used to test insulation resistance to eliminate the fault section; however, in actual situations, during rainy or humid weather or when the line insulation is severely aged, the insulation test result is around 0.5MΩ regardless of whether there is a fault, making it difficult to determine whether the line can be energized. Our company has designed and developed a DC trial power transmission device, which involves the technical field of distribution line equipment manufacturing. It includes a voltage regulator, a transformer, and an AC contactor; the primary side of the transformer is connected to the AC contactor; the secondary side of the transformer is connected to the input end of a rectifying device; the rectifying device has an output end that provides a DC output voltage of 7 to 8 kilovolts and a current of 100 milliamperes; the secondary side of the voltage regulator is connected to the AC contactor; the AC contactor is connected to protective components. This device is mainly used for withstand voltage tests before energizing various distribution network lines, thoroughly overcoming the traditional hidden dangers of accidents caused by energizing based on line insulation, and resolving the contradiction between the dispatch office and the distribution department.
