Instructions and Precautions for Using Portable Power Frequency High Voltage Generator

Portable Power Frequency High Voltage Generator Instructions and Precautions:

To ensure safety, the generator should be stored in a ventilated and dry environment in a tool cabinet (box).

Please note that the voltage specification of the generator must match the voltage specification of the voltage detector (for testing the voltage detector).

Before use, check whether the appearance and various parts of the generator are intact. If the generator shell is damaged or functions abnormally, do not continue to use it. Replace it with a good generator for testing.

Before testing, operate according to the requirements. Insert the voltage detector into the generator's guide cavity to ensure good contact, then press the power switch for 1 second. There will be a voice prompt: "Welcome to use our company's products, please pay attention to safe operation." At the same time, the display shows frequency F-50 for 1 second, then shows the DC battery voltage value ***V, then displays 0000. Press the V/V key again to switch the percentage of rated equivalent voltage, i.e., 14.5% and 40%. The voltage detector should alarm at 40%, verifying that the voltage detector is qualified and the starting voltage is within the standard range.

When the tested battery emits audible and visual alarms, the voltage detector is qualified and can proceed to the next step of normal operation. Otherwise, the voltage detector cannot be used and needs to be replaced with a qualified one. After passing the test, proceed with the voltage detection operation.

To prevent forgetting to turn off the power after operation, this generator has an automatic power-off function (automatically shuts down after 60 seconds of operation). It is strictly forbidden to use a generator with a higher voltage level to test a voltage detector with a lower voltage level.

Fault display: E-01 on startup indicates low battery, need to replace the battery or charge; E-02 indicates overload; E-03 indicates system failure, need to return to the factory for repair.

Charging: This product is rechargeable. This model needs to be recharged for 8 hours every month.
