MS2670PN-IIB Program-controlled Withstand Voltage Tester Panel Structure
Description of Each Part:
(1) Input Power Switch: Press to turn on the power, pop up to turn off the power.
(2) Reset Key: During testing, it serves as the alarm sound reset switch. During the test, it can also be used as a switch to interrupt the test. In setting mode, it can be used as a switch to exit the setting mode.
(3) Start Key: Serves as the start switch for testing.
(4) External Control (This model does not have this function).
(5), (6), (7), (8) Shortcut Keys: MOD, VOL, I, TIME. When setting parameters, press directly to go to that setting item.
(9), (10), (11), (12) Setting Keys:
SET Key: Serves as the setting key
“∨”DOWN Key: In setting mode, it serves as a function key for selecting function modes and entering various test parameter values.
“∧”UP Key: In setting mode, it serves as a function key for selecting function modes and entering various test parameter values.
“ENT” Key: Serves as the confirmation key for setting results and the selection key for selecting test items.
(13) LCD Display: 20-character x 2-line backlit LCD display, used as the display for setting data or test results.
(14), (15), (16) Indicator Lights:
Test Light: Press the start key, the light turns on, indicating high voltage output.
Pass Light: When the test object passes the test, this indicator light will turn on.
Alarm Light: When the test object fails the test, this indicator light will turn on.
(17) High Voltage Output Terminal: Special output terminal capable of withstanding high voltage above 10KV.
(18) Return Terminal: The return terminal for high voltage output, also the sampling terminal for leakage current.
(19) "PLC" Interface: It is a 9PIN D-sub terminal block, containing three monitoring signal outputs: PROCESSING (test in progress), PASS (test passed), FAIL (test failed), and two remote control signal inputs: TEST and RESET. Wiring is as follows:
PROCESSING output signal: Between PIN1 and PIN4. (When there is a signal, the two points are connected)
PASS output signal: Between PIN6 and PIN7. (When there is a signal, the two points are connected)
FAIL output signal: Between PIN8 and PIN9. (When there is a signal, the two points are connected)
TEST input signal: Between PIN2 and PIN5. (Connection between the two points activates control)
RESET input signal: Between PIN3 and PIN5. (Connection between the two points activates control)
(20) "232" Interface: It is a standard 9PIN D-type connector.
(21) Ground Terminal: Safety protection grounding terminal.
(22) Input Power Socket: Standard IEC 320 power socket, can accept standard NEMA power plugs, with a 5A fuse inside the socket.
