Operation steps of SF6 gas vacuum pumping and inflation device:
1. Connect the device and SF6 electrical equipment together through the hose.
2. Press the green vacuum pumping button on the control panel to start the vacuum pumping function.
3. Slowly open the vacuum pump ball valve and the pipeline connection ball valve.
4. Evacuate the SF6 electrical equipment until a stable vacuum degree is reached.
Note: This device is an optional accessory. For modifying the set values, refer to the "Digital Display Resistance Vacuum Gauge Instruction Manual".
Initial test values: O1H=5000Pa; O1L=30Pa; O2H=200Pa; O2L=200Pa.
Refill gas to SF6 electrical equipment
1. For SF6 gas vacuum pumping and inflation device with pumping rate ≥45L/s, after ensuring the device connection pipeline is vacuumed, close the vacuum pump ball valve and the vacuum gauge valve.
2. Connect the SF6 gas cylinder to the SF6 refilling equipment.
3. Open the SF6 gas cylinder, adjust the pressure reducing valve to the required charging pressure, open the device connection pipeline valve, and refill the gas. When refilling gas, be sure to close the observation McLeod vacuum gauge valve.
4. When the required charging pressure is reached, close the SF6 gas cylinder again, close all valves, and complete the refilling operation.
