I. Replacement of silicone pad for micro moisture meter
Prolonged use of the silicone pad at the sample injection port will cause the needle hole to lose its elasticity, allowing atmospheric moisture to enter and affect the measurement. It should be replaced promptly.
II. Silicone replacement for micro moisture meter
When the silicone in the drying chamber changes from blue to light blue, it should be replaced with new silicone. When replacing, be careful not to let silicone powder enter, otherwise it will cause the cathode chamber and anode chamber to be unable to exhaust, thereby terminating electrolysis.
III. Maintenance of titration cell ground joint
Rotate the ground joint of the titration cell every 7-8 days. If it cannot be rotated easily, apply a thin layer of vacuum grease and reinstall it. Otherwise, prolonged use may make it impossible to disassemble.
IV. Maintenance of electrode plugs and sockets
l. Frequent movement of the plugs and sockets of the measuring electrode and cathode chamber electrode may cause poor contact. Wipe the metal parts of the plugs and sockets to ensure good contact.
2. Prolonged use may cause dirt to adhere to the plugs and sockets, resulting in poor contact. In this case, wipe the metal parts with ethanol or acetone to ensure good contact.
V. Silicone replacement for micro moisture meter
1. When the silicone in the drying tube changes from blue to light blue, replace it with new silicone.
2. When replacing, be careful not to let silicone powder enter the drying tube, otherwise the following faults may occur.
