Multifunctional Liquid Phase Rust Tester: Principle and Installation Analysis
The multifunctional liquid phase rust tester complies with GB/T standards and can determine the corrosive ability of water molecules in oil samples such as lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, and turbine oil on metals. It can also be used for other rust tests. It adopts a new type of AVR single-chip microcomputer as the core microprocessor, with fast running speed and strong anti-interference capability. The LCD Chinese menu provides prompts for operation and retains data during power failure. Four sets of stirring can be performed simultaneously or in groups. The bath box adopts a stainless steel inner liner, which is sturdy and durable, and is equipped with a special polishing machine.
The multifunctional liquid phase rust tester has functions such as temperature control, timing, and alarm when the time is up. It adopts a stainless steel bath body. Under the conditions specified by the national standard GB/T, the instrument mixes 300mL of the sample with 30mL of distilled water or synthetic seawater, fully immerses the cylindrical test steel rod in it, and stirs at 60°C. The test period is usually 24 hours, but it can be longer or shorter according to the requirements of both parties in the contract. After the test period ends, observe the rust traces and the degree of rust on the test steel rod, and the test ends.
Installation of the multifunctional liquid phase rust tester:
Location requirements:
1. The instrument should be placed on a flat, clean, and dust-free tabletop;
2. The instrument should be placed in a location without significant vibration;
3. The instrument should be placed away from harmful gases or places where liquids may drip;
4. Ensure that the path of the power cord does not come into contact with high-temperature or abrasive objects.
Installation and startup of the instrument:
1. Open the instrument packaging and check whether the outer shell of the instrument is damaged;
2. Place the instrument steadily on the laboratory table, insert the power cord into the AC 220V three-core socket of the instrument, and the instrument must be well grounded;
