On July 1st, the Tianjin Electric Research Institute grandly held the meeting to celebrate the "July 1st" Party Founding Anniversary and summarize and commend the "Striving for Excellence" activities in the multifunctional hall of the industrial base. More than 300 people attended the meeting, including all Party members, League members, activists applying for Party membership, leading cadres at and above the middle level, and representatives of retired veteran comrades. Wang Hai, Director of the Organization Department of the Municipal Science and Technology Commission Party Committee, and Wang Lili, Vice Chairman of the Municipal Science and Technology Trade Union, attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Deputy Party Secretary Liu Guolin.
After the majestic "National Anthem" was sung, the ceremony for new Party members to take the oath and old Party members to reaffirm the oath of joining the Party officially began. Under the leadership of the staff of the Party Committee Work Department, all Party members raised their right fists and solemnly swore an oath in front of the Party flag, with loud and powerful voices. In the upsurge of learning and education on "Two Studies, One Action" with the theme of "Practicing the second entrepreneurship, implementing strategic measures, and seeking quality development", new and old Party members made or reaffirmed their vows under the Party flag, with the aim of not failing the mission and abiding by their commitments.
After the oath-taking ceremony, the meeting commended the "Advanced Party Branch", "Outstanding Party Affairs Workers", and "Outstanding Communist Party Members". The Party Branch of the Intelligent Equipment Research Institute was awarded the title of "Advanced Party Branch"; Comrades Lu Lin and Jin Fuyou were awarded the title of "Outstanding Party Affairs Workers"; and Comrades Wang Yang, Liu Juan, and 11 others were awarded the title of "Outstanding Communist Party Members". Deputy Party Secretary Liu Guolin announced the commendation decision, and the company's leadership team successively presented awards to the advanced collectives and outstanding individuals.
Party Secretary Zhang Xiaobin delivered an important speech. He required everyone to closely combine the learning and education of "Two Studies, One Action" with the company's business development work, conscientiously implement the various deployments and requirements of Sinomach Group, the Municipal Science and Technology Commission Party Committee, and the company's Party Committee, focus on the central task, serve the overall situation, and provide a strong political and organizational guarantee for the company's reform and development. He called on all employees to strengthen their ideals and beliefs, always achieve the "Four Haves and Four Be's", transform the enthusiasm for learning from advanced models and striving to be advanced into the driving force and source of work, base themselves on their posts, work hard, not forget the original intention, continue to move forward, and make due contributions to the company's sound and rapid development.
The meeting also featured a staff art performance to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Party, with rich and colorful programs such as chorus, instrumental performance, and dance, showcasing the firm confidence, shared consensus, responsibility, and spiritual outlook of the company's staff in the new journey of the "13th Five-Year Plan".
