Transistor Characteristic Curve Tracer
System Block Diagram
The computer is installed with a PCI interface board and BJ4822 operating software; the computer controls the BJ4822 test host through the PCI bus; simultaneously reads the data in the acquisition memory of the BJ4822 test host; the characteristic curves of semiconductor devices are displayed through the BJ4822 operating software. Point marking test is provided. The device under test can be connected to the test box via a test adapter, or directly connected to the test box via test leads; each source is connected to the panel of the test box; the user selects different sources to inject into the various pins of the device under test as needed.
