Selection of High-Power Relays:
1. First understand the necessary conditions:
①The power supply voltage of the control circuit and the current it can provide;
②The voltage and current in the controlled circuit; The self-flow precision current transformer is used as a calibration standard for current transformer error testing.
③How many groups and what form of contacts are needed for the controlled circuit. When selecting a high-power relay, the power supply voltage of the control circuit is generally used as the basis for selection. The control circuit should provide sufficient working current to the high-power relay, otherwise the relay's pull-in will be unstable.
2. After consulting relevant materials to determine the usage conditions, you can search for relevant information to find the required model and specification number of the high-power relay. If you already have a high-power relay on hand, you can check against the information to see if it can be used. Consider whether the size is appropriate.
3. Pay attention to the volume of the appliance. If it is used for general electrical appliances, in addition to considering the chassis volume, the main consideration for small high-power relays is the circuit board layout. For small appliances, such as toys and remote control devices, ultra-miniature high-power relay products should be selected.
