Transformer Winding Deformation Tester with Strong Anti-Interference Ability and System Stability Based on Impedance Method

Transformer Winding Deformation Tester (Impedance Method) is an intelligent instrument specially used for measuring and testing the impedance characteristics of large and medium-sized transformers. Short-circuit damage of power transformers is a serious main equipment damage accident in the power grid. It is necessary to reduce the occurrence of transformer short-circuit damage accidents by detecting transformer winding deformation. ME 1094.5-2003 "Power Transformers - Part 5: Ability to Withstand Short Circuit" specifies the detection of short-circuit reactance value as a required item to judge whether the transformer has withstood the impact of short-circuit current, and points out that "it is particularly important to observe possible changes in the measured reactance". Low-voltage impedance testing can accurately reflect the change in impedance value of the transformer before and after winding deformation.

Transformer Winding Deformation Tester (Impedance Method) is developed by our company and is suitable for power transformers with a capacity of 2500kVA and above. Power transformers with a capacity smaller than the above specification can also refer to the standard for implementation. The instrument adopts high-precision synchronous AC sampling of voltage and current, as well as digital signal processing technologies such asFFT, ensuring accurate and stable measurement data. The instrument adopts three-phase or single-phase measurement mode. It only needs to short-circuit the low-voltage side, and the non-tested phases on the high-voltage side do not need to be short-circuited. After selecting the transformer connection, one measurement can automatically calculate the short-circuit impedance of each phase. The instrument has the function of automatically converting low-current test results to rated current, making it suitable for field use. The instrument can simultaneously measure voltage, current, power, and power frequency. It can automatically record test data, and has a built-in non-volatile memory that can store measurement data for a long time. The instrument comes with a high-speed thermal printer, which can print test data on site. It also has a large-screen LCD display with all Chinese menus and operation prompts, making operation simple and intuitive.

Transformer Winding Deformation Tester (Impedance Method) has system stability and strong anti-interference ability. The system adopts software digital filtering and hardware anti-aliasing filtering anti-interference technologies, which greatly improves the test stability and anti-interference ability compared with similar instruments.
