The YTC720 automatic capacitance and inductance tester is specially developed under the guidance of the expert working group of reactive power compensation devices, aiming at solving the problems existing in measuring the capacitance value of a single capacitor in a parallel capacitor bank at the substation site. It focuses on solving the following problems:
(1) Measuring a single capacitor on site requires disconnecting the connecting wires, which not only involves a large workload but also easily damages the capacitor.
(2) The low output voltage of the capacitance meter leads to a low fault detection rate.
(3) Measuring the inductance of reactors.
This instrument features small measurement workload, fast and simple operation, stable performance, accurate measurement, and high fault detection rate. In addition, its current measurement unit can also be used for measuring electrical equipment such as CVT and lightning arresters, providing multi-functional capability in one device.
