Operating Conditions and Instructions for Intelligent Operation Box

 Intelligent Operation BoxOperating Instructions:

    1. Set up the test site according to relevant regulations, connect the equipment lines, and if conditions permit, have dedicated safety personnel on site for guidance.

    2. Connect the power cord, turn on the power switch, and the power indicator light will illuminate. If not at zero position, the system will automatically return to zero until the zero position indicator light is on.

    3. Press the "Test" button once, the main contactor engages, the automatic voltage regulator becomes energized, and the power transmission signal light turns on. At this time, the system automatically performs the voltage withstand test until the set value is reached.

    4. When the voltage rises to the set voltage value, the timer will automatically start timing. When the specified withstand voltage time for the test object is reached, the system will alarm and automatically reduce the voltage, returning the voltage regulator to the zero position. The zero position indicator light will illuminate, indicating that the test object has passed the withstand voltage test.

    5. During the test, if the current indication exceeds the specified range for the test object, press the "Test" button once, and the system will automatically reduce the voltage and cut off the power. After identifying the cause, conduct the test again.

    6. During the voltage boosting or withstand voltage test, if overcurrent occurs such as short circuit, flashover, or breakdown, the current relay will activate to automatically cut off power to the voltage regulator, indicating that the test object is unqualified. At this point, the voltage regulator will automatically return to zero and cut off the power for the next operation.

    Operating Conditions:

    Ambient temperature: 0--40℃

    Altitude: <1000M

    Relative humidity: <85%

The test site should be free of gases, vapors, chemical dust, and other explosive and corrosive media that could seriously affect insulation.
