5 Acceptance
1) The instrument must undergo unpacking inspection and on-site acceptance testing.
2) Unpacking inspection items are as follows:
a. The instrument configuration meets the technical contract requirements, no missing accessories, and the instruction manual and factory inspection report are complete.
b. The instrument is free from damage, manufacturing defects, and moisture.
c. The instrument powers on and operates normally.
3) On-site acceptance is carried out according to the following requirements:
The instrument is used for actual measurement of the test object according to the on-site measurement requirements specified in the tender document. If it meets the requirements, the test report is prepared in accordance with the technical agreement.
6 Quality Assurance
Except for damage to the instrument and its accessories caused by human factors during on-site use, the quality warranty period of the instrument is 3 years. During this period, defects caused by manufacturing reasons will be eliminated free of charge by the manufacturer. After the warranty period, if the instrument has defects, the manufacturer should promptly cooperate with the user to eliminate them.
